On May 3rd we organized a wine degustation from Lagos DOP wine production. We were please to have the presence from producers of Herdade dos Seromenhos, Monte da Casteleja and our our next door neighbor and friend Mr. Cravinho. The traditional sweet producer Bolo Doce was also present with regional sweets. We thank to all area the kind participation.
On this occasion we also presented ewe cheese from DOP Serpa region, with 30 days, six months and one year of maturation.
